| 3:01 am | So Jack (who is the bloke I mentioned) was waiting for me when I got off work today! He invited me to the zoo! Well, it's not just THAT though. He works at the zoo, and a few days ago we were talking about animals and I mentioned how I think big cats are totally wicked, and he set it up so I could pet a tiger after hours at the zoo! So, is this a date, or is he just being nice? Also, should I tell him that I've pet a tiger before about a million times, or should I just pretend to be really excited? |

| 3:33 am | Since it's been so cold lately, Alice has be off delivery duty and working in the store. Usually that means packaging or working the register, since I'm bollocks at cooking anything. This one old bird keeps saying she remembers when I was a baby, blah blah, and oh how big I've gotten, and she keeps pinching my cheeks! It's total shit. I don't remember her at all, either, so it's weird. I keep forgetting to ask dad about whether we know her or not, but either way I still think she's strange. On the up side, there's this really fit bloke that's been a regular for the past couple of weeks. He's probably just coming around to see Daria, but a girl can dream, right? |

| 3:06 am | So, whoever is responsible for that hex thing reads WAY too much Poe. If The Masque of the Red Death inspires you, cool, but go write a poem or something, don't go kill people. Be productive, not destructive. Maybe he/she will start hearing heart beats in their floor and turn themselves in. I got a letter from Steve yesterday. He wanted to know how everything worked out. He's so sweet. I have to figure out how to explain it all, though, because he's a muggle. I'm creative, though, I'll work it out. I'm still trying to think what words I need to teach Cosette. I never realized how much slang and how many swear words we have before! It's a lot. This could take a while. But she said she'd teach me how to do the can can and she promised not to bite me. |
